About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to optimize our product-led customer journey and drive self-serve customer paid conversion and expansion. This position is ideal for someone who’s comfortable with rapid product iteration, loves building relationships with customers to develop deep insights, and is familiar with developer workflows and the QA landscape.
Plan, organize, and conduct user research sessions
Develop mutually-productive relationships with customers
Identify and prioritize product opportunities
Set priorities and roadmap for a product squad(featuring a UX designer and multiple engineers)
Formulate hypotheses and validate them with experiments
Create and track KPIs to improve funnel conversion throughout the customer journey
Communicate product updates internally and to customers via go-to-market materials
Develop an expertise in QA processes, including best practices and trade-offs
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to bring the appropriate expertise and insights to each project
4+ years experience driving increased adoption and usage at an early stage SaaS startup
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and asking questions for clarification and understanding
Experience holding yourself and others to high accountability standards
Analytical and data-driven
Experience formulating ideas with user research and running insightful experiments
Strong process and project management skills to manage timelines, processes, and people
